Digital Advertising Specialist
This key digital agency role involves planning and executing search, social media and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and YouTube.
You’re never satisfied with “good enough” and will continue to optimise campaigns until you’ve delivered the absolute BEST result, whether the objective is engagement, link clicks, new leads or other acquisition targets.
Not only do you know how to put the right message in front of the right audience, you know how to use pixel and other custom audience remarketing strategies to get that audience to convert.
Of course, the role does also involve some REALLY exciting activities like reporting and managing budgets so you’ll need to be fan of the old spreadsheet too.
So who are we?
Jaden Social is the go-to digital agency for Australia’s biggest music and entertainment brands with a team who have a genuine passion for the clients they work with.
We’re a small team, with 25 talented individuals working across two 3-level street-entry suites in sunny Crows Nest, just north of the bridge. Unlike the CBD, we actually see sunshine and leafy-green trees out our floor-to-ceiling windows, which we make the most of every Friday afternoon with a drink on the balcony.
During the week, we work hard. Don’t be fooled by the 9:30am start, we get sh*t done and deliver kickass campaigns for our clients.
And who are these “clients”?
Jaden Social was born 5 years ago out of building Twitter audiences for clients in the music and entertainment industry, snowballing into full-scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms utilising both paid and unpaid media.
Today, our clients range from recording artists from major labels Universal Music, Sony Music and Liberation Music to music festivals, national tours and musical instruments. We also work across brands in food and beverage, real estate, tech startups and more.
What we want.
Firstly, this is not an entry-level role. If that’s what you’re after, drop us a line and we might have something else for you.
You’re going to need a minimum of two years in-house or agency experience managing digital advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords platforms. You should know the ins and outs of these platforms like the back of your hand.
In addition, you should have experience with remarketing pixels and building custom audiences using both pixels and email databases, as well as optimising campaigns for conversions.
Finally, exceptional time management skills are essential. You’ll be juggling multiple clients, emails, conversations, tasks, projects and people simultaneously, and need to know now to prioritise effectively.
